In this project, we have helped the brand to conceptualise, design and implement the Digital Journey of the New Retail Concept. In addition to a total change of look & feel in terms of furniture and lighting, the brand has opted to equip its points of sale with numerous elements of Interactive Digital Signage with different technologies.
These elements include multiple 55'' and 43'' interactive LCD monitors, where customers can interact with the Toyota brand and its different lines and areas of business (Beyond Zero, Approved Used Cars, Touch & Feel, Toyota Professional, Gazoo Race...), as well as a major visual element, the Hero Wall, which can be present in LED P2. 5mm, or in 55'' Videowall format (3x3), as well as an audio, microphone and content mirroring system, where the brand will be able to present products and emerging technologies to its customers. Also of interest are the Enclosed Handover areas, where car deliveries will take place, and dealership employees will be able to play the music of their choice via Bluetooth, as well as project a personalised message to the customer on the wall at the time of delivery.
The New Retail Concept project will be implemented globally in Europe, in more than 25 countries. It is undoubtedly a major commitment by the Toyota brand to innovation, and the conversion of retail spaces into interactive spaces where it can make an impact, promote brand engagement and communicate more efficiently.
