General Conditions of Use
Identification of the parties
These General Conditions of Use are signed on the one hand by TRISON, and on the other hand by the User, natural or legal person who freely, voluntarily and freely accesses the Website.
Obligations of the Users

i. In any case, not to perform any act that may violate rights or interests of the Owner or third parties such as, for example, intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.).
As a consequence of the above, any reproduction, distribution, public communication (including making available), transformation or any other form of exploitation, not even quoting the sources, is prohibited, except with the prior, express and written consent of the Proprietor or the exclusive owner of the rights affected.

Despite the Owner's continuous effort to protect the systems and contents included in the Website, for which purpose it uses the usual Internet security standards, it is not possible to offer full guarantees in relation to the intrusions or loss of information that may occur. Similarly, the absence of viruses or other harmful elements on the Website or on third party websites that may cause alterations to the User's computer system, both software and hardware, cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, the User assumes and understands that there are situations that may be beyond TRISON's control.

Infringements

The duration of the sanction will depend on the type of infringement committed. The restriction of access shall in no case entail the right to compensation.
Indemnification
Any damages, losses or costs (including lawyers' and/or attorneys' fees) arising from a breach by the User of these Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions incurred by TRISON shall be compensated by the User who caused the breach. This includes any third party claims arising from such breaches.
Modifications
The present Conditions may be modified and/or updated at any time without prior notice. The modifications made shall come into force as soon as they are published on the Website, regardless of the means and form used for this purpose.
The modification shall only affect Users who have accepted them after such modification.
The failure of the Contractor to require strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver by the Contractor to require such compliance in the future.
8.2. Language
The language applicable to these Conditions is Spanish. If versions in other languages are offered, it is only as a courtesy, for the convenience of the User. Therefore, the User expressly accepts that the interpretation of these Conditions shall be in accordance with the Spanish version.
8.3. Legislation and jurisdiction
Any relationship between the Contractor and the User shall be governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict in the fulfilment or interpretation of the General Conditions of Use, they shall submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless another jurisdiction is imperatively determined by law, to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña.
