The challenge
ACCIONA wanted to provide its new meeting rooms with simple, easy-to-use technology. To this end, it turned to TRISON, specialists in technology integration in corporate buildings, where a design project was proposed based on its requirements, incorporating the latest technologies, with equipment that integrates with the aesthetics of the new space.
Ágora room
It is a kind of collaborative Atrium or amphitheatre with a capacity for more than 30 people that offers the possibility of holding presentations and corporate events, in addition, it is mainly used for conferences and events. This room incorporates visual systems with a 3x3 videowall, 55" monitors and the thinnest frame on the market. It has an HD Camera - Pant Tilt Zoom to capture those present and includes an audio system with wireless microphones and digital audio signal processor, as well as a state-of-the-art control system.
Spacious, bright and multi-purpose spaces
Meeting rooms with professional 55" screens and wireless presentation systems have also been installed. TRISON was responsible for the digitisation of the office reception with a professional 98" large format screen, as well as the common areas with integrated interactive whiteboards and professional 55" LCD screens.
The project carried out by TRISON provides several advantages for ACCIONA, using the digital whiteboards to draw and explain concepts in a quick and dynamic way and with the possibility of saving all the annotations in a simple way. The Agora space is very useful for broadcasting training sessions on the advances in technology. In short, these shared spaces are more versatile and collaborative and favour group work and sustainability in the working environment.
