Retail LED integration across the shop windows and the interior of the first Victoria’s Secret flagship store in Germany, on Hamburg’s busiest shopping street.
Victoria’s Secret was entering the German high street with its first standalone store, on the ground floor of the listed Barkhof building. The site has over 120 metres of shop window along two of Hamburg’s busiest streets, with an entrance on each. Therefore, the storefront had to work as one continuous brand statement rather than a series of separate windows.
TRISON approached the store as a single visual system rather than a set of separate screens. Consequently, the content that stops people on the street continues inside and follows the customer journey. Additionally, the installation is centralised, so the store team manages the full display network from one point.
Seven LED walls carrying a single brand story from the street into the store.

The store occupies the ground floor of a listed 1910 building, with two entrances and ceilings of 4.5 metres. Consequently, the shop window wraps the corner rather than facing a single street. LED displays run along this frontage, so campaign content reaches footfall arriving from both Mönckebergstraße and Spitalerstraße.

Seven LED walls run across the shop windows and the retail floor, carrying the same content from the street into the store. Furthermore, a centralised control system manages the installation from a single interface. As a result, the store team operates the displays without technical support on site, and the same setup can be repeated in future locations.
