This text sets out the general terms that govern access to and browsing of the Website.
For any questions or suggestions, you can email us at: hello@trisonworld.com.
These General Terms of Use are entered into by TRISON, on the one hand, and, on the other, by the User, whether an individual or a legal entity, who freely, voluntarily and at no cost accesses the Website.
By merely accessing and browsing the Website, the User must:
a. Use the Website diligently, correctly and lawfully, always in accordance with current legislation, morality, accepted standards of conduct and public order. b. Periodically review these Terms, or any others that may apply, to check for any changes that may have been made. c. Review any communications that TRISON sends, as they may contain important information. d. Not use the Website for commercial purposes, in particular to gather information or content in order to provide services that clearly compete with TRISON. e. Not modify or attempt to modify the Website in any way, nor carry out any actions or use any means aimed at simulating its appearance or functions. f. Not damage, disable, overload or impair the service (or the network or networks connected to the service), nor interfere with its use and enjoyment. g. Refrain from any action that involves introducing computer viruses, worms, Trojans or any other type of malicious code intended to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Website. h. Not use reverse engineering techniques and/or decrypt, decompile or use any other system intended to obtain the source code of the Website. i. In any case, not carry out any act that may infringe the rights or interests of the Owner or of third parties, such as, by way of example, intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, etc.).
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Website and its content, including but not limited to programming, design, applications, graphics, code, text and images, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs and any other elements on it, belong exclusively to the Owner, or the Owner holds sufficient rights and/or authorisations for their use.
Consequently, any reproduction, distribution, public communication (including making available to the public), transformation or any other form of exploitation is prohibited, even if the source is cited, unless the prior, express and written consent of the Owner or of the exclusive holder of the rights concerned has been obtained.
If you detect any infringement, please let us know at the email address given at the top of this page.
TRISON works to ensure that the Website's services and features are always available. However, when you access the Website, it will be displayed subject to the availability and limitations applicable at any given time.
Despite the Owner's continuous efforts to protect the systems and content on the Website, for which it applies the security standards customary on the Internet, it is not possible to offer full guarantees against any intrusions or loss of information that may occur. Likewise, the absence of viruses or other harmful elements on the Website or on third-party websites that may alter the User's computer system, both software and hardware, cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, the User accepts and understands that there may be situations beyond TRISON's control.
The Website may include links to third-party pages or websites unrelated to the Owner, for which the Owner accepts no liability whatsoever, as it neither approves nor reviews their functions or content. Any User who accesses a link published on the Website does so at their own risk, and the Owner accepts no liability in this regard.
Likewise, the Owner is exempt from any liability arising from misuse of the Website by Users, or from failure to comply with the obligations or commitments undertaken under these terms or any others that may apply.
The Owner may penalise any User who fails to comply with the applicable terms by preventing them from accessing the Website, either temporarily or indefinitely. The duration of the penalty will depend on the type of infringement committed. Restriction of access shall under no circumstances give rise to any right to compensation.
Any type of damage, harm, loss or cost (including lawyers' and/or court representatives' fees) incurred by TRISON as a result of the User's breach of these Terms or of any others that may apply must be compensated by the User responsible. This includes any third-party claims arising from such breaches.
These Terms may be modified and/or updated at any time without prior notice. Any changes will come into force from the moment they are published on the Website, regardless of the means and form used to do so.
Changes will only affect Users who have accepted the Terms after such changes were made.
8.1. Severability and interpretation
If the competent authority declares any of these provisions illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted in the manner closest to its original intention. In any case, such a declaration regarding one or more clauses shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
The Owner's failure to require strict compliance with any of the terms of these Terms shall under no circumstances be interpreted as a waiver of its right to require such compliance in the future.
8.2. Language
The language applicable to these Terms is Spanish. Versions in other languages are offered solely as a courtesy, for the User's convenience. Accordingly, the User expressly accepts that these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the Spanish version.
8.3. Governing law and jurisdiction
Any relationship between the Owner and the User shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute regarding the performance or interpretation of these General Terms of Use, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña, unless the law mandatorily establishes a different jurisdiction.
