The challenge

When Tim Hortons entered the UK market in 2017, the brand needed a reliable technology partner to support rapid national expansion. Each new location required digital menu boards, drive-thru screens, POS infrastructure and kitchen management systems. Moreover, every site had to meet the same standard — from the first store to the sixtieth.

The insight

TRISON took on the full turnkey scope from day one. First, the team specified and installed all digital and operational systems at each new site. Then, custom menu board configurations were adapted to each store layout. In addition, drive-thru screens, self-service kiosks, speaker posts and audio systems followed a unified deployment standard.
