TRISON North America implemented Video Walls for limited promotions, digital Signage to communicate the brand philosophy, Window Digital Queuing and ambient audio, creating a complete and unified digital ecosystem.



Digital queueing systems installed on restaurant windows allow customers to track their orders in real time, reducing waiting anxiety and improving operational efficiency. The technology integrates seamlessly with Shake Shack’s kitchen and POS systems, providing up-to-the-minute updates while maintaining the brand’s visual style.
Beyond visual communication, TRISON North America implemented ambient audio systems that adapt to each space’s acoustic profile. Combined with digital signage carrying the “Stand for Something Good” message, this creates a multi-sensory environment that immerses guests in Shake Shack’s authentic culture and values.
