As Five Guys accelerated its expansion across the UK and Europe, the brand needed a digital infrastructure that could keep pace. Therefore, every new location required consistent visual standards and multiple ordering touchpoints. Additionally, Five Guys needed a reliable technology partner — one able to manage complex rollouts across different formats and geographies.
TRISON UK designed an integrated digital ecosystem built around the demands of the fast-casual environment. Specifically, the approach combined outdoor and indoor display systems with self-service technology. As a result, every location benefits from brand consistency and operational efficiency — regardless of format or geography.
Specifically, TRISON supports over 300 Five Guys locations across the UK, France, Germany and Spain — managing hardware, logistics, and on-site maintenance through a single dedicated service model.

At locations such as Leamington Spa, TRISON UK installed end-to-end digital drive-thru systems. These are designed specifically for the UK climate. High-brightness outdoor displays sit inside custom-engineered enclosures. As a result, visibility and reliability are maintained in all weather conditions. Additionally, the systems integrate ordering communication technology that connects the drive-thru lane directly to kitchen operations. This reduces wait times and improves order accuracy across every shift.
Inside each restaurant, TRISON UK installed ceiling-mounted digital menu board configurations tailored to the counter layout. The displays are optimised for legibility at distance. Consequently, customers can navigate the menu quickly and place orders without delay. Furthermore, remote content management allows Five Guys to update menus, pricing and promotions across all locations simultaneously — without requiring on-site intervention.

At Heathrow Terminal 5, one of Europe’s busiest travel hubs, TRISON UK delivered a 130-inch LED wall. It anchors the Five Guys dining space with bold, high-impact content. The installation also combines digital menu boards and an order ready screen. Together, these create a fully integrated digital environment at one of the most visited Five Guys restaurants in Europe — part of a wider partnership that also spans Five Guys locations across the United States.
