Requiem

Bilbao, Spain

Requiem is an immersive light and sound experience created by TRISON as a tribute to the victims of COVID-19, transforming Bilbao’s Cathedral of Santiago into a contemporary digital ceremony with global reach.

The Challenge

To create a respectful and emotionally powerful tribute during the COVID-19 pandemic, capable of honoring the victims while transmitting solidarity and hope within a historic and symbolic space.

The Insight

TRISON designed a site-specific audiovisual intervention that combined light, sound, video art and live music, using the cathedral’s architecture as a canvas to amplify emotion and collective memory.
