Lagoh is the largest shopping centre in Seville — and a landmark in experiential retail, where digital art, holographic shows and interactive technology create a destination far beyond shopping.

The Challenge

Lagoh needed to position itself not just as a shopping centre, but as a cultural and experiential destination for visitors and tourists. The challenge was to integrate digital technology across indoor and outdoor spaces at a scale that would generate genuine attraction — beyond what any conventional retail environment could offer.

The Insight

TRISON Necsum conceptualised, designed and executed a digital strategy spanning the entire mall — from interactive cylinders and transparent LED elevators to holographic façades and a nightly hologram fountain show. The approach treated each installation as an architectural element, not an add-on.

Digital Landmarks Inside and Out

Lagoh features multiple iconic digital elements designed as architectural attractions. Digital façades draw visual references from Seville’s culture and identity, while transparent LED elevators create a floating sensation across the vertical circulation of the centre. Each installation was designed to enhance the architectural identity of the space rather than compete with it.

A Nightly Show at the Heart of the Mall

A hologram fountain takes centre stage over the mall’s 6,000 m² lake, where every night visitors experience an immersive digital show combining video, digital art, surround sound, lights and special effects. At the core of the indoor space, a 360º interactive cylinder allows visitors to play, explore and personalise content — turning the space into a multisensory meeting point.
