Joe & The Juice planned 16 new store openings across London and Manchester in 2025, with further expansion scheduled for 2026. Each location needed a fully integrated technology setup — a digital menu boards rollout covering audio systems, POS infrastructure, and IT and electrical works. The brief was clear: deliver consistently, at pace, across a live retail estate.
TRISON UK proposed a single-provider model. One team handled every system — from initial site survey through to installation and commissioning. Before each deployment, the team pre-staged and tested all equipment off-site. This cut installation time, eliminated re-visits, and built consistency into the process from the start.
A partnership that began with a digitalization rollout and has since grown to cover 89 Joe & The Juice locations across the UK.

Each store received five portrait-mounted 4K HDR displays — from 43″ to 55″ — installed above the counter. Content management runs centrally, giving Joe & The Juice full flexibility to update menus across the UK estate without on-site intervention. Furthermore, every screen reflects the same update at the same time — from product launches to seasonal changes.
Every location also received a complete audio setup — commercial-grade amplifiers and speakers delivering the brand’s in-store sound at consistent quality. The POS package covered tablet-based terminals, receipt and label printers, payment hardware, and counter mounting. The team tested and commissioned everything off-site before arrival. Consequently, each store opened with fully operational systems — no compatibility issues, no follow-up visits.
