TRISON Germany delivered a cruise ship retail environment for Heinemann, integrating LED displays, interactive touchscreens and holographic technology across multiple decks.
Heinemann — a leading duty-free retail operator — required a fully operational digital retail concept across several decks of a cruise ship. The installation had to meet the strict schedule imposed by a shipyard programme. Furthermore, the project demanded compliance with customs and security regulations specific to duty-free maritime environments, alongside the structural and technical constraints inherent to life at sea.
TRISON Germany designed and installed a multi-deck audiovisual environment for this project. The team combined high-resolution LED modules — including curved elements — with interactive touch displays. Camera tracking systems and holograms additionally completed the technology mix. Every component therefore met the strict operational requirements of a permanent maritime installation.

TRISON Germany installed a large-format curved LED wall behind the central reception area. The display delivers high-brightness content and consequently reinforces the visual identity of the duty-free space. It also orients passengers upon arrival. Furthermore, the curved geometry adapts to the ship’s interior without compromising structural integrity.
This project reflects the ongoing confidence Heinemann places in TRISON Germany across different environments — including the Heinemann Frankfurt Airport T3 retail digital transformation.

TRISON Germany delivered fully finished boutique environments for leading luxury brands. Each space combines display technology, lighting and brand communication into a seamless retail experience at sea.

TRISON Germany conceived the retail corridors as part of a unified digital environment. Consistent lighting, architecture and visual communication therefore guide passengers through the duty-free areas across all decks.

The AV scope extended beyond the boutiques to the ship’s food and beverage areas. TRISON Germany integrated digital signage here to reach passengers across all decks. The result is a consistent digital experience throughout the vessel.
