Falabella sought to turn its new flagship store in Santiago into an iconic and memorable space, capable of surprising and engaging visitors from its entrance.
Designing a digital installation that would reinforce the brand’s identity and offer immersive and participatory experiences, attractive in a high-visibility environment.
TRISON Necsum created a 16m digital totem pole with three-sided screens, with poetic and interactive content, motion-sensing games and augmented reality to engage visitors.

The totem becomes a living vertical canvas where artistic motion graphics, AR and interactive effects enhance the store’s atmosphere and elevate brand storytelling.

The installation unites technology, art and entertainment to create a memorable in-store journey. With poetic visuals, interactive games and augmented reality, the totem transforms Falabella’s flagship into a cultural meeting point and a benchmark for experiential retail in Latin America.
This project has been recognised by industry leaders for its excellence in design, innovation, and execution.
