A 750 m² luxury retail environment in Frankfurt where large-format LED displays and centralised building control deliver seamless luxury retail LED integration.
Bucherer’s Frankfurt flagship required digital presentation systems across 750 m² of premium retail space. The challenge was to integrate dynamic content at scale while preserving the refined atmosphere of a high-end watch and jewellery environment. At the same time, all digital installations needed centralised control for efficient and consistent daily operation.
TRISON handled the full technical implementation, from concept and planning through to installation. Large-format LED screens were embedded directly into the store architecture, including a central display in the Masterworks area that combines digital content with physical product presentation. A centralised building control system manages all LED elements, enabling automated operation and supporting both energy efficiency and operational simplicity.
Every LED installation in the store operates from a single, centralised system — automated, efficient and seamlessly aligned with the Bucherer brand experience.
The Masterworks area forms the visual heart of the installation. A large-format LED wall spans the full width of the display zone, playing dynamic content — brand narratives, product storytelling and watch imagery — directly above a physical showcase of independent watchmakers. The combination of digital and physical presentation creates a cohesive environment where each brand communicates on its own terms. Specifically, the continuity between screen and showcase reinforces the premium identity of the space without competition between the two layers..

Beyond the main wall installations, freestanding vertical LED columns extend digital brand communication across the store floor. Each column operates independently, displaying campaign content at eye level and supporting a zoned retail environment. Consequently, different collections and product families communicate with their own visual identity without competing for the same surface. The format applies the same integrated approach to a smaller, more distributed footprint.
A single integrated system controls every LED surface across the entire store — from large-format walls to freestanding columns — without manual intervention.

Throughout the store, large-format LED screens are embedded into the architectural fabric rather than applied as a surface layer. As a result, digital content occupies the same visual plane as walls, niches and structural elements — maintaining the premium aesthetic of the space at all times. Content adapts across different areas and moments of the day, supporting brand communication and product focus in equal measure. The screens do not interrupt the architecture; they extend it.

Each column can display brand-specific content independently, adapting to the retail zone it occupies. Therefore, the store operates as a network of coordinated display surfaces rather than a single broadcast channel — each zone precise, each message relevant to its context. The centralised control system ensures all columns remain aligned, however, without requiring manual intervention for each content update. Consistency across the floor is maintained automatically.
From concept and planning to installation and control — TRISON delivered the complete digital infrastructure of Bucherer’s Frankfurt flagship as a single, unified solution.
