Stradivarius needed its Mall of Istanbul location to do more than display product. The store had to become a coherent brand environment — one where every moment of the customer journey, including the fitting room, felt intentional, fluid and aligned with the brand’s identity. The challenge was to introduce technology that genuinely improved the experience without making itself the story.
TRISON designed an integrated response built around two principles: simplicity and immersion. For the fitting room area, the team developed a proprietary management system that makes cabin availability immediately readable — removing friction at one of retail’s most critical touchpoints. For the sales floor, a large-format LED display and a purpose-designed audio system work together to create an environment where brand content is not just seen, but felt.

The smart fitting room management system is a TRISON R&D development created specifically for retail environments where flow and perception of organisation matter. When a customer enters a cabin, the indicator light switches off automatically — both at the individual booth and on the general panel at the store entrance, which displays the occupancy status of all cabins at once. No manual input. No uncertainty. Customers see at a glance which cabins are available; staff focus on service rather than queue management. A small change in logic that makes a significant difference on the shop floor — as it did for Zara in Osaka, where TRISON also reimagined the fitting room experience within a flagship retail integration.
At the heart of the sales floor of the Stradivarius store in Mall of Istanbul, a large-format LED screen — 7 × 2 m at 2.5 mm pitch — delivers brand content with the scale and resolution a flagship retail space demands. Positioned for maximum visibility, it turns a wall into an active brand surface. The audio system was designed and calibrated specifically for the store’s layout, creating an enveloping atmosphere that reinforces identity throughout the space. Together, visual and sound define how the store feels, not just how it looks.


The result is a store that works on two levels simultaneously. Operationally, the smart fitting room system removes friction from one of retail’s most congested touchpoints, freeing staff to focus on the customer rather than the queue. Experientially, the LED display and spatial audio create an environment where the brand is present at every moment — not as decoration, but as an active part of the journey.
